Removal of Possible Trigger Foods

Removal of foods that cause negative mental health is the foundation to the brain nutrition revolution plan and the most important thing for people to do to reach their brain potential.

More and more people are realising that their mental health is improved when they remove certain foods from their diet and often when people give up these foods for physical reasons they notice mental improvements also with many reporting a fog lifting and improved memory with some remembering things they forgot years ago.

Not everyone will have the massive improvements that others have and with the removal of trigger foods the brain nutrition plan recommends a trial period of the main suspect foods to test for improvement

The foods recommended for trial removal are not essential in any way and are negative foods that are processed foods not healthy for us that we can do without and the brain nutrition plan does not suggest cutting out any nutrients or things the body needs but only suggest new types of food to get these from that don't have negative outcomes on brain health.
