As I am trying to put together this CIC I am more figuring how it can achieve the goals that I feel are most important and that is as well as spreading good mental health nutrition advice in the areas we cover as we progress but also leaving behind us a trail of change in this area in the area we have been operating in so that lasting mental health nutrition change can be achieved
So I have thought the way to do this is to have as part of our community benefits and goals to contact other organisations that deal with people with mental health issues and other organisations that may benefit from brain nutrition and inform and give them a basic set of resources to pass on to their own clients in the form of handouts, website page information or other methods.
I think the blog will be a great way to keep updated on how this goes and who we approach and their responses with us able to share who is keen to get on board with mental health nutrition and who isn't, also including the large national organisations as I have noticed that the majority of the information currently available on most of the big mental health charities pages are mostly none existent and in cases where they do acknowledge it the information is not good and in some cases the opposite of what is proving to be good brian health
I was in 2 minds about what a blog for the CIC could acheive but now im thinking an update every now and then of the things we are trying to do in the area we are operating in would have many benefits and it will be great to share the progress made in each area with its residents as well as keeping people informed of our progress of trying to impliment mental health nutrition at national level with the larger organisations
